This 2024 training will empower call handling agents and staff on how to respond to inquiries related to child abuse, distinguish various types of suspected child abuse, make appropriate referrals, and report suspected child abuse when needed. In addition, this training will increase the CRAs’ awareness of foster care services.

This training is mandatory for Call-Handling agents, Performance Coaches, and The Resource Department.
