Collaborates effectively within disaster response teams. Manages and allocates resources efficiently in disaster situations. Engages with and mobilizes their communities for disaster preparedness and response. Works with the public and County employees to exhibit a heightened sense of personal and collective responsibility in disaster situations. Contributes to the overall resilience and safety of their communities.
