Training provided to the CA vs. Hate Network includes informational materials that call-handling staff can independently access to facilitate ongoing training, including onboarding new staff.

This six-module course will provide the training materials to support DOJ TTA awardees in implementing their state's hate reporting program and supportive service options.

These prerequisite courses are core skill sets or competencies that must be demonstrated before tackling a course requiring foundational knowledge. By meeting the prerequisites, you are demonstrating that, based on past academic success, you are prepared to enroll and pass, which typically builds on prior knowledge gained.

This course aims to provide technical training that teaches the skills to implement, maintain, support, or operate a particular technology or related application, product, or service.

Standard mandatory training pieces are required of newly hired Care Coordinators to meet regulatory requirements.
